1 Introduction
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

2 Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where: 
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product; 
(b) the returned product is in its original packaging and undamaged; 
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below.

3 Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: 
(a) repackage the product in its original packaging with any accessories originally delivered. 
(b) include a copy of the invoice

We will arrange collection and return of the bike.

4 Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (within UK, excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 2 working days of the day we received your returned product. 

5 Reasonable Wear
We expect to see signs that the product has been ridden (ie mud), however if during inspection any damage not considered normal wear and tear is discovered, the cost of repair / replacement components will be deducted from any refund due.
